RETURNS FOR REFUND
Returns must be approved in advance. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A 10% restocking applies unless waived.
RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE
Exchanges must be approved in advance. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. If the product returned is in sellable condition, the full value of the product or products may be applied towards any item carried by Revolution-Sales. If the product is missing accessories or the packaging is damaged, an applicable value will be assessed and the value of exchange reduced.
RETURNS FOR REPLACEMENT(DEFECTS)
Replacements must be approved in advance. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Defective products will be replaced or refunded at the discretion of Revolution Sales. In the case of items returned for replacement that are without defect, the Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to return the product or products to the customer.
